Been using PWR Hydration for my runs and workouts for a while now and I honestly didn’t expect to like them this much. I sweat a lot during long runs, especially in hot weather, so hydration is something I really struggle with. Since using these, I noticed I get fewer cramps and side stitches, and I don’t feel as drained after training.
What I like most is that the drinks are light and easy to take during workouts. The flavor isn’t too sweet or overpowering, which makes it easier to keep drinking even during long sessions. It just feels smooth and easy on the stomach.
Definitely worth trying if you do running, cycling, gym training, or any endurance workout. It’s one of the few sports drinks I’d actually buy again.

EFFECTIVE
PWR Electrolytes has got to be the most value for money electrolytes in the country. It has 750ng of sodium where you only get around 50-60 per serving when you buy the leading "electrolyte" drink. It also is easy to carry, mix and doesn't taste too harsh that you'llfeel uncomfortableafter taking it.
Definitely recommended.
